Who We Are
Larry Krupp was born and raised in small town, Iowa. Born in Diagonal, Iowa, graduated from
Melbourne High School in 1958. Larry joined the U S Marine Corp and served in Vietnam as a
crew chief helicopter wing.
The couple has been an active part of Nevada since 1965. Connie graduated from NESCO
High School in 1964 and American Institute of Business in 1965.

In 1969 the couple built their first duplex, which in Nevada has multiplied into numerous
apartments, commercial and development projects. In 1978 Larry & Connie received their
real estate license’s. In 1979 Lar-Con Builders was formed and Larry joined Amwood
Homes, a franchise based in Janesville, Wisconsin, an association that has now past the 25-
year mark. Larry’s first development was Krupp Country Addition near Indian Creek Country
Club. He is proud of creating a town home project where the couple currently lives called
Southwoods Town homes, a 25-unit complex on 12-acre lake overlooking Indian Creek. Then
Krupp City First, Second and Third Additions followed. Currently the newest addition is
Southwoods Lake Addition, timbered lots on the lake and over looking Indian Creek.

The couple purchased 106-apartment complex in Newton, with combined experience and
knowledge, the couple currently manage Krupp Rental Properties. They now manage
houses, duplex, apartments, commercial buildings, and offices in Nevada.
Connie is broker/owner of Re/Max Progressive Real Estate. Larry manages Lar-Con Builders-
Amwood Homes, American Wood Foundations, and Southwoods Development Corporation.
Larry’s motto: Of never giving up is what he would most like to pass on to young in the
business: "Be Persistent"!

The couple has a son, Kris who is currently at family fishing resort

Minnesota and a grandson, Zachary, now 14 years lives in Crystal Lake, IL.  

Daughter Kim Michelle and husband John Bowen are currently living their "dream" of running
an 19 cabin fishing resort in Akeley, Minnesota (Crow Wing Crest Lodge).

Despite a heavy workaholic schedule the Krupp’s do manage to vacation in their Hawaiian
Resort, Kona Pacific Condo on the Big Island of Hawaii on the Kailua Kona coast. The Krupp’
s enjoy ballroom dancing, antiquing and traveling across the country. Their other passion is
love of classic cars (click here to view cars) belonging to Hawkeye Packard Club, Hawkeye
Classic Thunderbird Club and Klassic Kruisers.
